Facilities Technician — Limassol
Position: Facilities Technician

Salary: €2k - €3,50k / month
Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Facilities Technician in Limassol.
The successful candidate will ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of building systems and grounds, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural areas.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, lighting, drywall, painting, doors and building automation systems.
- Monitor and operate building automation systems and mechanical equipment.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
- Handle general upkeep, including carpentry, painting, A/C filters and furniture assembly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Associate degree or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or building maintenance will be considered a plus.
- 8+ years of experience as a plumber, electrician, mechanical technician, automation technician or facilities maintenance technician.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical or automation systems.
- Ability to lift 40+ kg, climb ladders and work in varied environments.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
- Verbal and written knowledge of Greek and English.
- Manual driving licence is required.
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, 08:00–17:00.
- Includes weekends and holidays based on rotation.
- Work on holidays is paid double.
- On-call duties are required for two weeks per month and are included in the salary.
