Corporate Lawyer — Limassol
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: €3,300 – €3,800 gross / month
Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Draft legal documents, including resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, contracts and related documents.
- Prepare legal opinions and memos on corporate, commercial and contract law matters.
- Assist with real estate transactions.
- Handle company incorporations in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
- Support bank account opening procedures.
- Arrange certification, execution and legalisation of documents.
- Maintain corporate files and registers.
- Prepare and submit documents to the Registrar of Companies.
- Ensure AML compliance and perform due diligence checks.
- Review transaction and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective.
- Communicate with local authorities and agents in various jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law.
- Licence from the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate law.
- Knowledge of Cyprus legislation.
- Excellent Greek and English.
- Russian will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to meet deadlines.
