On behalf of our client, a leading Group of Companies operating in the construction, scaffolding, heavy equipment, and industrial sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Content Creator / Marketing Assistant to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will support the marketing activities and digital presence of multiple companies within the Group, helping strengthen brand awareness through engaging content and creative campaigns.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated marketing professional who enjoys producing high-quality digital content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to the growth of well-established brands across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Capture photos and videos of projects, machinery, equipment, and company activities
- Edit photos, videos, and social media reels
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Design promotional and marketing materials for both digital and print use
- Collaborate with management to promote new services, products, and projects
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
- Support the Group's overall marketing, branding, and communication initiatives
- Ensure consistent branding across all companies within the Group
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Proven experience creating engaging videos, reels, and visual content for social media
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing software
- Excellent command of Greek and a very good command of English
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Valid driving licence
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Experience managing and updating corporate websites
- Photography and drone operation skills
- Previous experience in a B2B environment or within the construction, industrial, or engineering sectors
