Quality Control Manager - Medical Devices (Cyprus)

We are a growing manufacturing company NIDEK MEDICAL EUROPA operating in the medical devices sector, focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee daily operations of our production line in the Alambra Industrial Area. The role involves managing a team of 8 employees and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Manage and support a team of 8 operators
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (e.g. ISO / GMP)
Monitor production performance and resolve issues
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the production area
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams for process improvement

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role will be considered an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English (Greek is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment
Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 13485)
