Main duties:
- Lead bar operations, service standards and guest-complaint resolution.
- Prepare staff schedules, delegate work and support training and performance.
- Control supplies, targets, hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Hospitality qualification and fluent English; Greek is an advantage.
- Computer literacy and strong team-leadership skills.
