Main duties:
- Supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general maintenance work.
- Carry out routine repairs and coordinate technical priorities.
- Maintain alarms, plumbing and heating systems to the required standards.
Requirements:
- Two to three years in a similar role, preferably in a five-star environment.
- Secondary education; HVAC certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of building and technical systems.
