Main duties:
- Provide first-line support for business software and everyday IT issues.
- Install, configure and support applications, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Manage support requests and troubleshoot customer and internal-user problems.
- Train customers and help them use the software effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous software-support, IT-support or helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and basic networking.
- Excellent Greek and English and strong troubleshooting skills.
Schedule:
