Main duties:
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Configure and implement the platform based on customer needs.
- Train users and guide them through onboarding and adoption.
- Work with sales and support teams to improve workflows and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualification in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and excellent Greek and English.
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, FSM or CRM implementations is an advantage.
