Our client is part of an internationally recognized fashion brand offering clothing, accessories, footwear, and more, operating within a well-established retail chain. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Store Manager.

Benefits

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5-6 days per week, including weekends – Rotation Shifts)

Responsibilities

Drive and maximize store sales performance
Lead, coach, and develop the store team
Prepare and manage fair and efficient staff schedules
Ensure compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
Oversee inventory and stock control processes
Lead by example in all aspects of store operations
The Store Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
At least 5 years of overall retail industry experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
KPI-driven mindset with knowledge of retail metrics (UPT, conversion rate, average basket value)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong communication skills in Greek and English
