• Coordinate daily site activities, workers, procurement and material deliveries.
• Supervise construction quality, update work schedules and track progress.
• Prepare completion records and coordinate closing documentation.
Requirements:
• Proven foreman experience and sound knowledge of construction-site operations.
• Strong organisation, communication and independent workflow management.
• English or Russian; Greek is an advantage.
