Retail Sales Advisor
Job Description
• Welcoming and assisting customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Providing advice and presenting jewelry according to the customer’s needs and preferences.
• Maintaining an excellent store image (arrangement of showcases, cleanliness, product presentation
• Managing transactions through the cash register and POS systems.
• Contributing to the achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
• Participating in stock counting and warehouse maintenance.
• Monitoring key trends and having knowledge of the product range.
Candidate’s Profile
• 1 year of prior experience in a similar retail sales position.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Courtesy, empathy, and customer service orientation.
• Professional appearance and consistency.
• Basic knowledge of computer use and cash register systems.
• Good command of English.
