Main Role:
- Assistance in processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and refunds according to the company policies and procedures;
- Assistance in transaction processing in the company’s back office system;
- Handling customer inquiries regarding relevant transactions;
- Liaising with payment processors in relation to processing of transactions;
- Assist in any adhoc requests by team leader/manager;
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00 with 1 hour break and Friday : 10:00 - 16:00 with 30 minutes break
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00 - 21:00 with 1 hour break and Friday : 15:00 - 21:00 with 30 minutes break
- Shifts are applicable on weekly rotation;
- Public holidays are applicable on a rotation basis.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage;
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or in a related field;
- Excellent English and Greek communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Ability to perform duties effectively while working under pressure;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
