What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner – CRM to oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of our internal CRM systems that support multiple departments across the organization, including Sales, Compliance, Client Support, and Marketing.
This role will focus on ensuring operational efficiency, system reliability, and enhanced user experience for internal stakeholders, while aligning the CRM capabilities with IC Markets’ strategic goals. Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered a strong advantage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for IC Markets’ CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Compliance, Client Support, and Marketing to understand their workflows and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of CRM features and improvements.
- Define and track key metrics to monitor CRM usage, performance, and process efficiency.
- Ensure system stability and seamless integration between CRM and other business-critical platforms (e.g., Salesforce, KYC systems, client area, PSPs).
- Coordinate with the Salesforce CRM Product Owner to maintain alignment and data consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and oversee production rollouts.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams for new functionalities and updates.
- Monitor system data quality, enforce standards, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate system risks and bottlenecks.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of the CRM, recommending technical and process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CRM Specialist in the fintech, forex, or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of back-office operations within regulated environments (e.g., client onboarding, KYC/AML, compliance processes).
- Proven experience gathering requirements, defining workflows, and managing complex CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in system integrations, data flows, and API-based communication between internal tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving business efficiency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across multiple departments.
- Experience working in Agile environments, using Jira and Confluence for documentation and delivery management.
- Ability to interpret data and performance reports to support decision-making.
Working Schedule:
Hybrid Model (3 days from the Office, 2 days from home)
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
