We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to be based in at our Onasagorou Store in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service for Western Union transactions including money transfers, payments, and compliance checks
- Handle Akis Express and UPS Express courier services, including parcel intake, processing, tracking, and customer inquiries
- Process transactions through the appropriate systems with attention to accuracy and security
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with store operations and provide support to management as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Certificate
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
