We are working closely with a company based in Limassol and we are seeking to recruit a Foreman.

A property development company specializing in the design and construction of high-quality residential homes. From concept to completion, the company builds thoughtfully designed houses that combine functionality, modern aesthetics, and long-term value, delivering reliable, well-crafted living spaces for contemporary lifestyles.

The Foreman is responsible for managing and coordinating construction and factory teams across multiple projects. This position ensures that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. The Foreman also plays a key role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the project site.

Responsibilities

Day to day Workers and subcontractors’ management
Accommodate and follow guidelines, procedures for Health and Safety on factory and on site
Oversee and instruct and control execution of subcontractors and workers
Ensuring quality and timing of cycle of works as per project requirements
Planning and assign works for one-week look ahead
Strong communication
Problem solving

Requirements

Experience in construction works above 5 years as Construction Foreman
Day to day Workers and subcontractors’ management
Health and safety
Strong experience with construction procedures, equipment and H&S guidelines
