Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management: Plan and coordinate daily deliveries across Cyprus.
- Driver Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear delivery instructions and support.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to ensure that all of their requirements are met.
- Problem Solving: Monitor schedules and resolve any issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) is essential. You must be comfortable learning new in-house software systems.
- Languages: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- Key Traits: We are looking for a critical thinker with strong negotiation skills. You must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative to solve problems.
- Previous experience in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
- A University Degree will be considered as an advantage
