Your Role
As a Chambermaid, you will ensure our guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your role is essential to creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will contribute to delivering the quality and care that define our hospitality experience.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring all rooms are well-stocked and welcoming.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely.
- Support laundry duties when required, ensuring timely delivery of fresh linens.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures during daily tasks.
- Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Ensure a discreet, respectful approach when working in guest areas.
What We Value
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and comfort with a role that involves standing, walking, and lifting.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning procedures (training provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
- A respectful and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
