Your Role
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee and elevate the entire housekeeping operation, ensuring that every room and public space embodies the standards of excellence and wellbeing that define our brand. You will be responsible for both day-to-day efficiency and long-term strategy, combining leadership, organization, and creativity to deliver a flawless guest experience while nurturing your team’s potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring high performance across all areas.
- Establish and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Develop daily task plans, staff schedules, and training programs.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular team meetings.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Front Office, Maintenance, and Spa to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee supply management, inventory control, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Uphold health & safety policies and environmental sustainability practices.
