Your Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll be a central figure in maintaining the impeccable standards of our guest rooms and public areas. More than managing cleanliness, you will help shape the wellbeing experience we promise — ensuring each space feels fresh, cared for, and ready to welcome. You will lead the housekeeping team with precision and empathy, balancing efficiency with a human touch.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team in daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and efficiency.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to address room readiness or repair needs.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, track inventory, and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Support team motivation, ensuring high morale and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.
What We Value
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor or Senior Housekeeper, ideally in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering immaculate environments.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt quickly during peak periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
