Customer Service Agent (Polish Speaker)

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent (Polish Speaker) on behalf of a fully regulated investment firm. This role is ideal for a customer focused professional who enjoys delivering high quality support in a fast paced and regulated financial services environment.
Working Hours
• Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 20:00
• Friday 10:00 to 19:00
One hour break included.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide information to clients regarding Know Your Client procedures and required documentation
• Assist with the collection and management of client documentation in line with company policies
• Translate client queries and requests when required
• Coordinate with AML and Compliance departments during client onboarding and due diligence
• Collaborate with Brokerage and Back Office teams to support client needs
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on interactions
• Record and document client inquiries, comments and complaints
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Candidate Profile
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and client oriented interpersonal skills
• Good general computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and international environment
• Comfortable working in a hybrid working model
Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage
• Previous customer support experience, particularly within financial services
• Familiarity with CRM and service desk systems
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
