Job Position: Real Estate Executive
Working for: Aphrodite Hills Resort – Real Estate Division
Reporting to: Resort General Manager
Location: Aphrodite Hills Resort, Paphos
Job Summary:
The Real Estate Executive will play a key role in the management, promotion, and optimization of Aphrodite Hills Resort’s real estate portfolio. The position combines strategic asset management, sales execution, and client relationship management, ensuring that real estate activities align with the resort’s commercial objectives, brand positioning, and long-term growth strategy.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
⁃Strategic in sales & Portfolio Management of resort's real estate assets in line with business objectives of the company.
⁃Sales & Commercial Activities of real estate assets within Aphrodite Hills to local & international buyers.
⁃Network Relationship Management with clients, investors, real estate agents, and strategic partners.
⁃Maintain and expand the resort’s real estate agent and broker network locally and internationally.
⁃Support the management of real estate contracts, reservations, sales agreements, and related documentation where needed.
⁃Liaise with legal, finance, and external advisors to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
⁃Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
Requirements and Qualifications:
⁃Proven experience of 3+ years in real estate sales, asset management, or property development, ideally within Cyprus.
⁃Strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market, including residential and resort-style developments.
⁃Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
⁃Experience with high-value property sales and international clients is highly desirable.
⁃Familiarity with the Cyprus investment-through-property scheme will be considered an advantage.
⁃Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Greek and/or additional languages is a strong advantage.
⁃Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
⁃Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
