Position: Accountant
Location: Limassol
On behalf of our client, a dynamic accounting services company in Limassol, we are seeking a motivated Accountant to join their team. The company provides professional accounting support to a diverse range of local and international clients, handling bookkeeping, VAT reporting, and financial statement preparation. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple clients and the opportunity to develop practical accounting skills within a structured and supportive professional environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing draft accounts
• Posting accounting transactions daily
• Completing VAT returns and performing other duties related to the Accounting Department
• Communicating with clients, professional advisers (including auditors), and local authorities
Job Requirements:
• LCCI Higher Certificate and/or College/University Degree in Accounting and/or CAT/AAT qualification
• Up to 2 years of experience within the accounting department of a professional services company handling multiple clients, including companies of international interest
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to take initiative with a strong results-oriented approach
• Very good command of the English language
Remuneration Package:
• 22 days of paid annual leave
