We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Store. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, solid retail management experience, and a professional approach to customer service and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead, train, and evaluate store personnel to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
- Oversee inventory management, ordering processes, and stock control
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and animal welfare standards
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer matters
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail sector
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism and responsibility
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Knowledge of pet products and animal care will be considered an asset
