We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager & Customer Service Lead to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores while ensuring an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational skills with a customer-first mindset and is comfortable managing both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Ensure the uninterrupted operation of day-to-day activities across all locations
- Handle customer service inquiries via live chat, phone, and social media platforms
- Monitor and improve customer experience, response times, and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or customer-related issues
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Support and guide store teams to maintain company standards and procedures
- Handling Customer complaints
Requirements
- Previous experience in Operations Management, Customer Service, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek
- Experience handling customer support via live chat, phone, and social media
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
