Cleaner
Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Cleaner for the Annabelle Hotel.
Job Role
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with the hotel standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned public areas, offices, and back-of-house areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and disinfect surfaces and fixtures
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items
- Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times
- Follow the Grooming Policy and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Ensure that you carry out your duties in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Maid or Cleaner at a 5* Hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
