Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting a Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations at Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Events.
- Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction throughout the hotel.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage department heads and staff, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
- Maintain effective cost controls and monitor budgets for all departments.
- Promote a culture of excellence, ensuring a warm welcome and memorable experience for all guests.
- Deputise for the General Manager in their absence and represent the hotel at meetings, events, and external functions.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond proactively to concerns, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with all Heads of Department to coordinate smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Pleasant and professional personality.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Diploma from a Hotel School and/or relevant experience in hotel operations management.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- IT and hospitality software proficiency.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a hotel management role overseeing multiple departments.
