Job Position: Landscape Foreman

Reporting to: Golf Course Superintendent
Location: Aphrodite Hills Resort, Paphos
Job Summary:
Aphrodite Hills Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join the Golf Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the resort’s landscaped areas, including planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation maintenance, and fertilizer application. This role requires hands-on landscaping expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to maintain the high standards of one of Europe’s leading luxury resorts.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
⁃Maintain key landscaped areas of the resort
⁃Carry out new planting and ongoing plant care
⁃Prune bushes and trees, and perform weeding tasks
⁃Lawn mowing and irrigation management
⁃Apply fertilizers as required
⁃Repair and maintain irrigation systems
Requirements and Qualifications:
⁃Previous experience using hand tools and powered gardening equipment
⁃Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
⁃Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
⁃Excellent knowledge of English
⁃Strong teamwork spirit
⁃Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⁃Basic knowledge of golf course maintenance will be considered an advantage
⁃Driving License
⁃Eu citizen or an EU work permit holder
Working Hours:
⁃Five-day work (Monday – Friday 06:00-14:45) / Every 3 weekends, work 4 hours on Saturday & 4 hours on Sunday
