We are looking for motivated and physically fit individuals (20+) to join an airport ground operations team as Loading Agents.
💼 Position Details
• Full-time position
• Start: April
• 38 hours per week
• Shift-based (morning / afternoon / night)
• Includes weekends & public holidays
• Outdoor & physically demanding role
💰 Salary & Package
• €1,200/month (Accommodation + bills + transportation provided)
OR
• €1,460/month (without accommodation)
✔ Overtime paid
✔ Shift allowance included
✔ 13th salary
✔ Training provided
✈️ Key Responsibilities
• Load & unload aircraft luggage, cargo & mail
• Transport baggage between aircraft and terminal
• Operate ground equipment (belt loaders, carts, vehicles)
• Handle special items (wheelchairs, strollers, etc.)
• Secure and organize aircraft loads correctly
• Perform ramp safety checks
• Support aircraft turnaround operations
✅ Requirements
• Age: 20+
• Physically fit (manual handling required)
• Valid driving license
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Flexible for shifts (including nights)
• Basic English (Greek is a plus)
