We are working closely with a company based in Limassol and we are seeking to recruit a Software Developer (Mendix platform).

Our client is looking for a Mendix Developer to join their growing software development team. The role involves designing and building scalable low-code applications that support business operations, and is suitable for candidates with Mendix experience or a strong interest in low-code development.

Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements
· Build domain models, microflows, pages, and integrations
· Ensure application quality through testing and debugging
· Support existing applications and resolve incidents
· Participate and contribute to Agile ceremonies and team collaboration
Requirements
Mendix Rapid or Intermediate certification (or willingness to obtain)
· Understanding of low‑code concepts and Mendix architecture
· Experience with REST APIs and basic data modelling
· Strong command of English (written and verbal)
· Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and shipping operational processes
Nice to have:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software development studies or Mendix certification.
· Experience with Java, JavaScript, CSS, or cloud platforms (Mendix Cloud, Azure, AWS)
· Experience with Mendix Atlas UI or custom styling (Sass/CSS).
· Knowledge of workflow automation and Mendix Marketplace components.
· Understanding of process optimization and efficiency
· Familiarity with performance measurement tools, KPIs and reporting
· Experience working with digital maritime platforms
· Exposure to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, or automated testing tools.
