As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will join a dynamic project team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central solutions.

Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, deepening understanding of accounting processes.
- Support the design and configuration of modules within D365 Finance & Operations/Business Central, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and system interfaces.
- Participate in client workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborate with partners, senior consultants, and developers to deliver customized solutions.
- Perform testing, data validation, and prepare documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, procurement, currencies and integration ).
- Interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and willingness to grow into a consultant role.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Team player with a proactive, client-oriented attitude.
