We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take ownership of the marketing function and directly impact business growth, channel scaling, and expansion into new markets.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong performance marketing background and strategic mindset. You will be responsible for managing marketing processes end-to-end, making data-driven decisions, and building efficient workflows across traffic channels, partners, and internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive the marketing strategy and its execution (performance + affiliate)
- Scale acquisition channels (Facebook, UAC, SEO, influencers, etc.)
- Manage and grow the partner network (affiliates, agencies, webmasters)
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD)
- Analyze traffic performance and make data-driven decisions
- Build and optimize reporting and analytics systems
- Oversee tracking setup (UTM, AppsFlyer, Keitaro, etc.)
- Launch and test new hypotheses and acquisition channels
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and other internal teams
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing (preferably in iGaming / betting / affiliate)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD, CTR, etc.)
- Proven experience in scaling traffic across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Keitaro, Voluum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards)
- English level: C1
