We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a VIP Account Manager to build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with their valued customers. The role involves providing prompt and accurate support to the company’s most loyal clients while managing a dedicated customer portfolio with a strong focus on retention.

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday – 4 days on 2 days off shifts: 09:30-18:00 , 13:30-22:00, 15:30-24:00
Responsibilities
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide fast, accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promoting a “Safer Gaming” philosophy.
• Staying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licensing needs.
Requirements
• Fluent in English
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Willingness to work within an international team
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Accountability and conscientiousness
• Proven customer service experience handling VIP Clients would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage
