The University of Limassol (UoL) invites applications for a faculty position in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the Department of Management of the CIIM Business School.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong record of scholarly publications in high-quality, peer-reviewed international journals, along with a clear commitment to securing competitive research funding and sustaining an active research agenda.
They will complement and strengthen existing departmental expertise, contribute to building an internationally visible research profile, and play an active role in shaping a newly established department and University.
The appointee will also be an engaged and effective teacher in the department’s Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, with demonstrated excellence in teaching, as well as experience in course and curriculum development. The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in doctoral student supervision.
Experience in academic leadership roles will be considered an advantage.
Required qualifications: applicants should hold a PhD from an accredited doctoral program of a reputable University with specialisation in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Excellent English language and communication skills are essential. Fluency in the Greek language a major advantage provided other qualifications are met.
