On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable medical center in Cyprus, we are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Rehabilitation Doctor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patient recovery, improving functionality, and enhancing quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation care within a modern and multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess patients with physical impairments, injuries, or chronic conditions
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Manage patients recovering from neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions
• Prescribe therapies, medications, and assistive devices where appropriate
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide guidance on pain management and functional improvement
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and long-term care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and ethical standards
Requirements
• Medical Degree (MD)
• Specialization in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or equivalent
• Valid license to practice medicine
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or related clinical setting
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patient-centered and multidisciplinary approach
• Ability to manage complex rehabilitation cases
• Fluency in English and Greek
