Your Role
As Executive Housekeeper, you will be the guardian of our living spaces and a key leader in shaping the guest experience. Beyond overseeing cleanliness, you will set standards, inspire teams, and ensure that every room and public area reflects the calm, care, and intention at the heart of Secret Forest. Your leadership will blend operational excellence with empathy, creating an environment where both guests and team members feel supported and valued.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, manage, and inspire the entire housekeeping department.
• Develop, implement, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistent quality and attention to detail.
• Plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage workloads to ensure efficiency during both low and peak periods.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and Management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest feedback, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of housekeeping supplies, ensuring cost control and sustainability.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
What We Value
• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Manager, ideally within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide large teams.

• Calm and adaptable under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
