Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our production line in the Alambra Industrial Area. The role involves managing a team of 8 employees and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Manage and support a team of 8 operators
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (e.g. ISO / GMP)
- Monitor production performance and resolve issues
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the production area
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams for process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English (Greek is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 13485)
