📍 Larnaca, Cyprus | JETA Holding | Reports to COO
JETA Holding is a Cyprus-based investment group with active businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa — medical devices (Yapama), ICT & cybersecurity (New Cognito), and healthcare services (Aliva Saúde) in Angola, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, and neighbouring markets.
We're looking for someone who will make AI and automation real inside our group — not as a research exercise, but as a practical tool that saves time, reduces errors, and supports better decisions.
The role
This is a hands-on implementation role. You'll work across all our entities, spend time with teams on the ground, identify opportunities, build solutions, measure impact, and move to the next problem.
What you'll work with
▸ Microsoft M365, Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint
▸ AI tools applied to real business problems: Claude, ChatGPT, and equivalents
▸ Pragmatic, use-case driven implementation — no gold-plating, no tool proliferation
What we're looking for
✅ Evidence you've built or automated something using AI or technology — professional, freelance, or personal projects all count
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
✅ Ability to map a business process end-to-end and translate it into a scoped build
✅ Fluent English — French or Portuguese is a strong plus
✅ Bias toward action, strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
💡 A degree is not required. What matters is what you've built.
What success looks like
By month 3 → Process audit complete, roadmap ready, 2 automations live with documented results
By month 6 → 5+ implementations with tracked ROI, cross-entity workflows automated, teams coming to you with ideas
