We're hiring our first salesperson. Not to follow a script — to write it.
We run two brands from Cyprus. SC Silver Consultancy helps mid-market and enterprise companies across Europe and the Middle East get more out of their SAP investments — consulting, support, migrations. PadUnite is our tech startup: a platform connecting padel players, clubs, and corporate event organisers.
We're a small team that moves fast, builds lean, and uses AI at every stage of the sales process. If you're the kind of person who already has a personal AI workflow — not because someone told you to, but because you can't imagine working without it — keep reading.
What you'll do
You'll own the full sales cycle across both brands — from finding prospects to closing deals. No SDR team, no handoffs, no layers. Your time splits roughly 60/40 between SC Silver and PadUnite.
- Build and run outbound campaigns using AI-powered tools
- Turn our LinkedIn content into pipeline — engage with commenters, warm up conversations, book calls
- Run discovery calls and demos tailored to each prospect
- Write personalised outreach at scale with AI assistance (email, LinkedIn DMs, voice notes)
- Keep Zoho CRM clean and deliver weekly pipeline updates
- SC Silver: sell consulting and support retainers to IT leaders and SAP managers across Europe and the Middle East
- PadUnite: sell corporate padel event packages to HR and office managers in Cyprus, and onboard clubs onto the platform, while developing the platform further together with the team
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (services, SaaS, or consulting)
- Fluent English — this is the working language across all our markets
- A real AI workflow you can show us, not just "I've used ChatGPT"
- Comfortable with cold outreach — you don't need inbound leads to be productive
- Self-starter who thrives without a playbook or a sales manager looking over your shoulder
- Based in Cyprus (PadUnite needs local presence)
Bonus points for:
- German (opens up DACH), Arabic (opens up Gulf/Middle East), or Greek (useful locally)
- Experience selling IT services, ERP consulting, or SAP-related solutions
- Background in a startup or small team where you wore every hat
- Familiarity with social selling or LinkedIn-led outreach
Compensation — simple, uncapped, weighted toward upside
- Base salary: €1,200–1,500/month gross (set at offer based on experience), paid 13 months per Cyprus norms
- Commission: 15% of cash collected on every closed deal, both brands, paid monthly. Renewals at 7.5%.
- Annual accelerator: 20% on cash collected above your €300k annual quota — uncapped, forward-only
- €1,000/year professional development budget
- All tools covered: Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Premium, Apollo, Clay, AI subscriptions, travel for client meetings
Why this role
This isn't a seat-filler role at a big company. You'll be the person who builds the sales engine from scratch. Direct founder access, real autonomy, and the kind of impact that's impossible at a larger organisation.
