On behalf of our client, a premium and rapidly growing retail concept in Cyprus, we are seeking a Sales Assistant for a unique luxury cigar lounge and retail space. The concept combines luxury retail with a hospitality experience, offering customers the opportunity not only to purchase premium cigars but also to enjoy them in an elegant and relaxed environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Support the day-to-day operations of the store
• Maintain high standards of presentation and organization throughout the premises
• Handle sales transactions and cash register operations
• Assist with stock management and incoming deliveries
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience within a premium environment
• Occasionally cover shifts in Limassol when required
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
• Based in Nicosia
• Availability to occasionally work in Limassol will be considered an advantage
• Good command of both Greek and English
