On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join its Front Office team on a full-time, seasonal basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Promote hotel services and identify upselling opportunities where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or a similar hospitality role will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Opera PMS or another hotel management system will be considered an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- EU citizenship or a valid Cyprus work permit.
