On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a professional and customer-oriented Reservations Agent to join its Reservations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with guests, delivering exceptional service, and working in a dynamic hospitality environment where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Handle room reservations via phone, email, online booking channels, and travel partners.
Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special guest requests accurately.
Provide guests with information regarding room types, rates, promotions, hotel facilities, and services.
Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the Property Management System (PMS).
Maximize room revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service.
Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
Follow hotel policies, reservation procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
Experience using hotel reservation systems (Opera PMS or similar) will be considered an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
EU citizenship or valid Cyprus work permit.
