On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and service-driven Front Office Duty Manager to join its Front Office team on a full-time, seasonal basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
- Supervise, motivate, and support the Front Office team throughout each shift.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Handle VIP arrivals, guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and guest satisfaction while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Train and mentor Front Office team members, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures and brand standards.
- Prepare daily reports, monitor operational performance, and assist with departmental planning.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Opera PMS or another hotel management system will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- EU citizenship or a valid Cyprus work permit.
