Manpower Cyprus on behalf of our client, a well-established Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), is seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join its growing team in Limassol.

The role is open to both experienced professionals and high-potential junior candidates who meet the mandatory certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with CySEC regulations, AML directives, and applicable European regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, AMLD).
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on compliance-related matters.
Conduct compliance monitoring, internal audits, and risk assessments.
Prepare and submit reports to CySEC and other regulatory authorities.
Oversee AML compliance, including client due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring.
Stay up to date with regulatory developments and implement necessary changes.
Deliver internal training on compliance and AML topics.

Requirements:

Mandatory: CySEC Advanced Certificate / AML Certification.
University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a compliance role within a CIF or financial services environment will be considered an advantage (junior candidates are encouraged to apply).
Strong knowledge of CySEC regulations and AML framework.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in Greek and English.
