Dissemination Manager
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Short job description:
IANUS is looking for a talented Dissemination Manager at any level who is interested in promoting the results of European Research projects and the marketing of our innovative products. Candidates will become members of a very dynamic team, and they will be given training, assistance and opportunities to develop and increase their skills in this competitive area. Candidates will be preferred if they have knowledge of European funding programs (such as Horizon Europe and EDF) and can engage with partner organizations and funding bodies. Candidates should be graduates of Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
Job Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Dissemination Manager in our team, you will be responsible for the communication, dissemination and exploitation of our European and National research projects, the marketing of IANUS’s innovative products, and the company’s presence in general, such as at exhibitions and events, and you will undertake the following main activities and responsibilities:
· Develop and implement dissemination, communication and exploitation plans for our European and National research projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, EDF).
· Create and manage content across project and corporate channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, press releases and articles.
· Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, videos and presentations for projects and products.
· Plan, coordinate and lead the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs and events, including booth setup and logistics.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns for IANUS’s innovative products, supporting product launches and go-to-market activities.
· Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials.
· Monitor, measure and report on dissemination and marketing KPIs, and prepare the relevant sections of project deliverables.
· Organize webinars, workshops, info days and other outreach activities in collaboration with project partners and stakeholders.
· Manage relationships with media, partners’ communication teams and external suppliers, and represent IANUS at networking events.
Job Requirements
· Experience in marketing, communications, dissemination or event management will be considered an advantage.
· A university degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field is required. The possession of a M.Sc. degree is a plus.
· Knowledge of European funding programmes (Horizon Europe, EDF, etc.) and their communication and dissemination requirements is a plus.
· Excellent command of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Ability to multitask and manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Availability to travel for partner meetings, exhibitions and events abroad.
Employment Terms
The position is on a permanent contract basis. Initially, a six-month probation period will apply for the candidate to show he/she skills and capacity. Annual gross salary scaling from 22,000 to 26,000Euros, depending on qualifications.
