Main duties
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and organise shifts.
- Lead and train the team while maintaining service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Fluent Greek and English with good Excel skills.
- Strong management and organisational ability.
- At least 2 years of hospitality experience is preferred; a related degree is an advantage.
