Main duties:
- Handle immigration and residency applications for individuals, families and investors.
- Manage real-estate transactions, due diligence and liaison with authorities and banks.
- Support company formations, restructurings, legal drafting and KYC or AML processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Experience in immigration, real estate or corporate law.
- Strong drafting in Greek and English with a practical, organised approach.
