The Role

As our Shop Performance & Brand Experience Officer, you are the bridge between our brand vision and daily reality. You will be responsible for the "soul" of our shops—ensuring they look at their best, sell effectively, and operate with zero waste. You aren't just an observer; you are an active trainer and a production strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high standards are met daily.
Implement and lead sales strategies.
Coordinate and align the daily baking with shop traffic and demand to ensure freshness and maximize sales.
Take full ownership of the shop’s "vibe." This includes daily cleanliness (inside and out) and leading the creative transformation of the shop for seasonal themes and holidays.
Perform "on-the-spot" training for new and existing staff to ensure every customer receives a premium experience.

Who You Are

You love being on the shop floor. You aren't afraid to pick up a broom, move a display, or jump behind the counter to show staff how it’s done.
You can give firm, clear instructions, encourage and coach.
You have a background in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality (Bakery experience is a massive plus).
