Role Overview
You are responsible for the sparkle and shine of our luxury villas. Your work ensures every guest walks into a perfectly clean, welcoming home that meets 5-star hygiene and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Turnover cleaning: deep cleaning villas and apartments between guest stays (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors).
- Mid-stay services: refresh cleanings during longer guest stays.
- Perfect presentation: making beds neatly, arranging amenities, and finishing details.
- Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the team.
Your Profile
- You have experience in cleaning (Hotel, hospitality or luxury properties is a plus).
- You are detail-oriented and maintain very high standards.
- You are reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- You have your own transport to reach the villas in Chloraka.
- You have valid papers and a work permit for Cyprus.
- You speak good English.
What We Offer
- €1,200 gross/month (full-time) with a clear, transparent bonus structure (Sundays, public holidays).
- Leave: 24 days annual leave + 5 days paid sick leave.
