Main duties:
- Develop mathematical models of vector dynamics and disease risk
- Build predictive models using environmental epidemiological and surveillance data
- Integrate models into an open research platform
- Support early-warning applications and reproducible research workflows
Requirements:
- PhD in a relevant life health mathematical engineering or public-health field
- Strong Python or R skills and experience in quantitative modelling
- Ability to analyse visualise and communicate complex data
- GIS climate-data and publication experience are advantageous
