Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Digital Acquisition Manager.

Salary:

- €30,000–€40,000 per year

Employment type:

- Full-time

Work arrangement:

- Office-based with occasional travel and work from home

Main duties:

- Run outbound acquisition across email LinkedIn Telegram X communities and industry forums

- Manage media buying affiliate and referral activity in restricted verticals

- Develop SEO and content initiatives and strengthen community presence

- Qualify leads and report acquisition performance

Requirements:

- Two to four years of digital growth or outbound acquisition experience

- Knowledge of campaigns list building email tooling and CRM workflows

- Strong copywriting analytical and channel-economics skills

- Fluent English with sector relationships or a second language advantageous

Schedule:

- Office-based with occasional travel and work from home
